Ryba Dentistry is in-network with Anthem Complete PPO, and we are currently accepting new patients.

New or existing patients of Ryba Dentistry in the Cleveland area should bring their Anthem Complete PPO Dental Insurance card to their next dental appointment. If you were not issued a card, we can confirm your coverage with your member ID or social security number and date of birth. Ryba Dentistry submits claims on behalf of our patients to reduce their out-of-pocket expenses for dental treatment.
