We offer flexible payment plans through PatientFi® Patient Solutions

We offer a number of plans for our patients who would like to move forward with treatment now but would prefer to pay for their treatment over time.  Options include 6 months with no interest, 12 months with no interest, or fixed interest over a selected period of time.  A one-time finance charge may apply.  Click the link below to find out more about which PatientFi® plan you may qualify for:

The information provided on this page is for informational purposes only; all information furnished by PatientFi® supersedes any and all information contained on this communication.  Patients choosing to utilize PatientFi® financing options must be pre-approved for the entire amount of their treatment plan, including patients whose insurance plans are estimated to pay for a portion of the treatment.  

 

For those patients utilizing both PatientFi® and dental insurance:

 

• the total treatment plan amount will be paid via financing at the time of treatment

• insurance claims will be filed with the patient’s insurance company

• reimbursements to the practice from the insurance company will be refunded to the patient.  Patients may use these funds to further pay down the balance of the financed amount.
