We offer a number of plans for our patients who prefer to pay for their preventative care on a monthly basis rather than up front at the time of their appointments.  Information about our plans and links to sign up are listed below:

KIDS PLAN: $29/mo

​

Our kids plan includes all the basic preventative services your child needs to stay happy and healthy! (For our patients 16 and under).  For every 6 months of membership, your child becomes eligible for a visit that includes:

​

• preventative dental examination

• cleaning

• fluoride treatment

• all medically necessary x-rays

ADULT PLAN: $39/mo

​

Our adult plan is the perfect plan to maintain your oral health needs! 

For every 6 months of membership, members become eligible for a visit that includes:

• preventative dental examination

• cleaning

• fluoride treatment

• all medically necessary x-rays

PERIO PLAN: $69/mo

​

Our perio plan was designed for our patients with periodontal problems.  

For every 6 months of membership, members become eligible for:

​

• one preventative dental examination

• two cleanings

• one fluoride treatment

• all medically necessary x-rays
